Payment for Services:
Payments for services are due by the 25th day of each month to be paid
in advance for the upcoming month. If payment is not received by the
last day of the month, the account will be put on hold until the payment
is received. If payment is still NOT PAID by the 5th day of the next
month, the account goes to FULL CANCELLATION. A $10.00 reconnection
fee will be required with the payment for the current month before the
account is reactivated. All payments are final and no refunds for unused
time will be honored.
Any checks and/or
drafts returned to Desma.net will be charged an additional $25.
Customer agrees to pay all collection fees incurred on delinquent accounts.
Payment Guaranteed by Customer:
Check/Cash
paying customer MUST either have an ACH " Auto withdrawal from
checking " form on file or a valid Credit Credit on file. Customer
agrees that if the payment is not made by the due date, Desma.net
is hereby granted permission to charge their ACH or Credit Card for
the total amount due.
Cash/Check Customers
Cash/check customers are required to pay by the quarter plan (3 months).
Cancellation:
You
may cancel your account at anytime, providing you cancel by the 25th
of the month. You MUST cancel via email to: cancellation@desma.net.
Sending email to any other mailbox other than cancellation@desma.net
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. We cannot accept cancellations by phone. If
you do not cancel by the 25th of the month, then you will be responsible
for the full amount of your next payment period. You MUST Delete the
Desma.net Dial Up Icon from your PC, if you log onto our network
after your termination date which would be the last day the month, YOU
will be charged for the next month in FULL.
By accepting membership, you are consenting to be bound by the above
agreement and you vow that you are at least 18 years of age. Usage or
continued usage of your account rights also constitutes acceptance of
the Terms and Conditions stated above.
If you are currently
a Member of Desma.net and choose not to accept and abide by the
above Terms and Conditions, please notify us at once to terminate your
account.
It is the user's
responsibility to check the access dial-up number to be sure that they
are not using a long distance number to dial-up.
Desma.net
reserves the right to update and/or modify this agreement at any time,
without prior notice.
